What does it cost?

What happens to my API key?
It is encrypted with AES-256 before it is stored, and it is only ever used to answer your own questions. Disconnect at any time and it is deleted.
Are the numbers estimates?
No. Every count comes from Follow Up Boss's own totals rather than a sample of rows. Where something genuinely cannot be counted exactly, the answer says so instead of guessing.
Can it change things in my CRM?
It can add notes, create tasks and appointments, update tags and move stages — always after asking you first. It cannot send a text or an email. That is deliberate.
